Front wiper failure

Anyone know if this is something I can fix myself versus bringing in for servicing (month+ wait)?

The driver-side wiper “slips” lower with each wipe, before ending up all the way at the bottom, below the other. If I reset its positioning, it happens again immediately (after 3-4 wipes).

Not sure if it’s mechanical or software or both. Tried software resets - no luck.

My R1T Gen2's wiper (passenger side) stopped working (2.5 months after delivery). I think the wiper arm attachment point is loose. The wiper motor/module works fine. Called SC, it's scheduled in March (mobile). Luckily, mine is not driver side, it doesn't impact driving experience much, I can wait.

This happened on my G1 the first day I had it. Bolt wasn’t torqued properly from the factory. Easy fix.
