FSD - what happens at your destination?

Curious - those that have used FSD point to point driving. I think Tesla has this.Say I'm using it from my house to the grocery store. How does it pick a parking spot? Or does the driver take over for that part? Also wondering about parking garages.

Nothing I'll need to worry about anytime soon. Looking forward to an R2.

Found some info on Reddit - though I'd still be interested in anyone's personal experience.

When it gets to the lot it will highlight the available spots. You can pick the one you want or let AI pick. I don't think it's working all that well. Doesn't park aligned in the spot.

If you mean Tesla FSD, the HW3 cars will do parallel parking on the street and the 90 degree spots in parking lots.
The HW4 cars will also do angled spots.

This is from watching random YouTube videos because I'm curious how far it's come. Been a huge jump from a year ago... Doesn't look scary any more FWIW...

I drove about 100 miles on my daughters Y when we got the V14 FSD demo for just over a month. It just parks in a space or at the curb or other option I forget at this point you can choose at any point during the drive. First few drives were weird as I was just looking out the front with my hands on my lap. I got used to it and it felt almost normal.

If I didn't like to drive and it was my Y, I would have it drive me everywhere.
