Great video. If the price holds, it's also the one I'm going with. I am signed up. I was a little skeptical about the bin design but seems to be pretty useful for everyday use cases. I'd love to get a diagram of the space as I am still worried there is a cost with the design over the flat plank.Wanted to post the walk through video here for the @BoxGods slide. Looking great! and he will be adding a bar for one handed release. This is the option I will be going with.
I know the symmetrical drawer design I went with seems counter intuitive because it isn't quite as wide at the base as the plank designs are. "If the base is an inch and a half narrower on your design--doesn't that mean I'm losing storage space?". It really comes down to how you define "usable space" and "usability".Great video. Also, the shims shown in this video is probably what EVBase needs to fix some of the issues that have been posted here. Glad BoxGods is including them in the box.
100% agree. I've already drawn up sliding top trays and some caddies. And personally I prefer the ‘shoulders’ the symmetrical drawers provide to allow customizations to sit at either a ‘low’ (narrower), or ’high’ (wider) level in the drawer. This allows for one of my use cases (tools) to have upper and lower storage areas. For example have a custom ‘lid’ (sitting on the ‘shoulders’) that covers tools in the lower storage area while leaving the upper, wider area available for larger tools or supplies.
No, but appears to be the same manufacture/ company as EVBase. people have had issues with the fitment of the EVbase slide.Anyone heard of Hansshow? I just ordered their gear tunnel slide. $790 (with labor day 20% sale discount) total including shipping, no tax added. Looks like they make lots of products for Tesla. Gear tunnel slide may be new? Slides full distance both ways. Looks standard. No innovation but just fine for me. I'll strap my Craftsman tool box on one side and a floorjack on the other with pucks and cleaning supplies etc scattered.
I'd just noticed that also. I'll read through the comments about ev base. Thanks. No, but appears to be the same manufacture/ company as EVBase. people have had issues with the fitment of the EVbase slide.

Did you deal with EVBASE? If so how was your experience? The EVBase slide does come shipped with a Hansshow label and booklet so it should be identical.
Aren't they the ones that tried to sue Branden Flasch because he reviewed their steps and they didn't like his review? That's not the only negative I've heard about them...Did you deal with EVBASE? If so how was your experience?
After I used PayPal (thankfully) I read other negative reviews. So far this company Hansshow has been fast to respond and already claims to have initiating shipping the next day ,although it appears with one of those shipping partner type companies that can be quite slow. If there are minor fitment issues I have no problem doing minor modifications. The price was certainly right and It appears to fit my needs. I did read they make returns difficult and seem disagreeable with the process. As long as I receive the slide within a few weeks, intact, and it is workable, that's all I expect. I'll leave a review here when it comes, and is installed.Aren't they the ones that tried to sue Branden Flasch because he reviewed their steps and they didn't like his review? Did I miss any?
Edit: Updated with Thunderbolt Adventure Supply's option (Thanks for the note below!). It's really great to see all the options we have for the R1T which is a bit surprising considering it's a pretty low volume vehicle. Also edited the above to include some of the other inputs from various posts on this thread.
