Gear tunnels, air compressor, tailgate, and gear guard lock stopped working

Hey - I went to go kayaking on Saturday and my gear tunnels wouldn't open either with the on screen or rail buttons (my paddle is in there). Upon further exploration, the air compressor has no lights and does not seem to work, the tailgate is non-responsive, and the gear guard lock won't release (I have a chair locked in the bed). I did a soft/hard reset and called service. I now have an August appointment in Bellevue - wondering if anyone else has seen these symptoms and what the solution might have been.

Bellevue SC has really a long back log. I took delivery of my R1T last week (Wednesday) with small issues, biggest was the alignment of my tailgate. Bellevue SC helped me submit service ticket and secured a spot for a fix in August.

Got it tinted today, and love driving it!

I got in last week and only had an 8 day wait. I guess I incorrectly assumed things were on track now with day and night shifts. Maybe they placed my service in a canceled slot.
OP- may work fine in the morning. Haven’t heard of these symptoms. Did you try from the app? Maybe try logging out/logging in again.

I would check the fuse box. Not sure where it is though. No power to compressor makes me think it's an electrical issue, not a software issue. The fuse may be blown.
