You had to replace your Rivian suspension? What happened?
I had suspension failure outside of warranty, if you plan on keeping it past the 60k certainly get the extended warranty. I have a feeling these rates are increasing once they get wind of strut pricing. Makes the extended warranty look real cheap.

So, all 4 struts went out at once? That's...interesting.

no but 1 strut cost (part only) almost the same as extended warranty, plus it's never just 1 thing there's labor, fluid, alignment, compressor module, etc. I'm currently comparing the xcel/fidelity options after paying for it once. Not looking to do it again.

Mine has 68k . Front center light is out and charger port pins are melted. Going to be about 6k. Rivian says they are all out of warranty. Love the truck but feeling this is going to get expensive. Either going to sell it or try to find a good extended warranty to get another year or two out of the truck…

I’m currently in discussions with the service department at El Segundo. Apparently if you don’t tell them that there is a problem with your truck even if it shows up in the dash and is visible to the naked eye, they will not fix it even when it is under warranty. They apparently can’t go into the truck to even see when it started throwing the code to verify how long the front light has not been working. As of now they are not going to cover it under warranty even though it has been broke for at least two trips down to the service center. It’s things like this that make it hard to be an early adopter. Just keeping you posted.
