Has anyone seen this Error message that says "Battery Charging Rate and Capacity Reduced. Needs service". It just stated happening. If so, what did you do about it? R1T has 2,800 miles on it.

Has anyone seen this Error message that says "Battery Charging Rate and Capacity Reduced. Needs service". It just stated happening. If so, what did you do about it? R1T has 2,800 miles on it.

Stating the obvious here, immediate communication with Rivian Support/Service Center is recommended.

Might be something simple like a software issue to something severe like a full HV Battery failure.
