Houston has a problem-but not customer service

I brought my car in for service on Wednesday. Today they took inventory and called owners to let them know their cars are safe. Hopefully power is restored soon for all. I have not seen Spring but Kingwood is a mess.
I did have a laugh that there is 90kw of battery available for them to get to work.

I hope there wasn’t any high water that ruined any Rivians. I know they can ford a 3ft… but not sure they were all set to highest lvl.

Sounds like cars are ok. Service building had some damage (would think roll up doors). Still no power in the area. I was a bit surprised due to its proximity to IAH. But then again power restoration in not always logical but I always thank linemen when I see them.

Speaking of houston, the Rivian is running my window AC unit, since my generator decided to give up the ghost. FYI, it consumes about 8 percent of battery running it all night.
