3) Performance EVs don't seem to adjust their acceleration at all due to weather. X certainly doesn't. Does Rivian? Way too much torque.

The acceleration is fully adjustable by the driver's foot, it has nothing to do with the vehicle or the weather.

More like a tropical storm. Here in San Diego wind and rain. Drove to Lowe’s and back no big deal in my 緑の森 that’s what I named her.

Of course you can also go with Snow mode if you want less pedal response and regen. I wouldn't use it, but I did on some seriously icy roads and was happy to have it (right after the update that added it).

Not much to report really, kinda steady rain with the rare and short downpour. Honestly have no issue driving our model 3, so I'm sure the Rivian on 22" would be more than fine.

I know there are areas are being hit much harder. Everybody stay safe.

In Laguna Niguel, we didn’t feel the earthquake and the storm isn’t even as bad as the storms last winter. Light to moderate rain. Only 3 wind gusts over 30 mph. It didn’t stop us from getting together with neighbors for a first-ever (for our community) hurricane party.
