Your problem is you're a previous owner, not current. They took it personally .

Kudos to Rivian on their marketing genius.

My wife put in a reservation a few months ago. I brought it up recently on a phone call with a Rivian sales advisor and he told me flat out they "have no idea how they choose who gets to put in an order" unless you're in a lease. So we could wait a month, or a year, or more.

I spend time on a Jeep Wrangler forum and Stellantis has been doing this "12 for 12" promotion for a while now, where on the 12th of every month they "drop" a new product. It never fails about two days before the 12th everyone starts getting excited and wonders how amazing the next "drop" will be...

Then, sure enough, on the 12th Jeep "drops" a sticker package to make a Wrangler look retro, and everyone is disappointed.

Your problem is you're a previous owner, not current. They took it personally .

It's entirely possible, but their website, and customer support reply states otherwise.
