Interior lights won’t come on

Recently, our interior lights won’t come on. I tried a soft and hard reset, but no luck. Has anyone else had this issue? I’m hoping for a resolution that doesn’t require a SC visit.

Do you have the setting to turn internal lights on when you enter or park? It has to be set to on.

Yup. I toggle the lights on and off, too, and nothing happens. Manually turning them off isn't working either.
