Is there a way to reduce the amount of water that gets inside? I’m getting a good amount after rain storms on my v1 cover.
@Foobar was kind enough to cover most of the bases on this one (Thank you!). If you are seeing rain coming in between the slats, at the middle of the truck bed, please send us some pictures at [email protected] and we'll see what we can do to sort it out for you.

Received the DIY kit and installed it in about 15 mins - works great and definitely more robust than the Velcro! One question though - does the pull mode just hang loosely between the shorty and the poundy panels? Is there no way to adjust it to tighten up and remain taut? Not a big deal but I could see that getting caught on gear that I haul in the bed and I’d rather it stay up against the cover like the Velcro strap did and just have the excess hanging at the tailgate side.

I haven’t had an issue with the slack in the couple months I’ve been testing it, but I think this detail could use some attention. I have a pretty good idea how to fix the issue and I’ll test it out over the weekend. We should probably add a clip or something to keep everything tidy. We lengthened the webbing to make it easier to reach, but you’re right that it needs a little tweaking.

Sounds good - not a big deal as this is still way better than the Velcro!

Also - I trimmed the gasket on the shorty panel but mine looked slightly different than what’s in the video. It looks like mine has aluminum sticking out on the top part of the shorty whereas the bottom is flush with the slider piece if that makes any sense. The one in the video looks like both top and bottom were flush with the slider piece. I can get a picture tomorrow if this isn’t making sense.

Did that design change at some point? I was one of the early adopters I think.

I haven’t actually seen Rivian’s cover in person, so I’m not sure. I don’t see why it wouldn’t though. You’d just have to figure out where’s a safe spot to mount the hardware.

Have you found a way to prevent the cover from sliding if say i need to remove 1 panel to fit a taller item, but want the rest of the bed covered?

We just wedge cardboard or a shim between the rail and the panel to keep from sliding if we need to remove a panel.
Official warnings: Please test your wedge for several miles before traveling with anything valuable. You want to make sure it is secure and won't slide into whatever you have placed upright int he bed. Also, do not travel with the tailgate down when your Interrobang Tonneau Cover is installed. Interrobang won't be responsible for any damages, caution: contents are hot, please speak to your doctor prior, etc.
