How long do we give them before we inundate CS with reminders that Rivian missed another self-imposed deadline? Till noon? 3 PM? 4 PM?

The week ends Saturday at 11:59pm. However, if we are using ISO 8601, then it's Sunday 11:59pm. Next we have the problem of time zone. I assume Rivian uses IDLW so they get 12 extra hours.
