Useful info/opinions from everybody!! Many thanks. Biggest debate now is to revert from Max to Large to try to get a R1T s00ner!!!

Because the shape is unusual, I am concerned with giving up any of the space that the shuttle would take up. And small stuff falling off and getting cought in or under the slides.
My wishlist would be slides on each side in more of a "shallow basket" shape. And don't bother with the electrical hookups.

Great point. Without the camp kitchen I just continue to wonder if it is worth it. I do golf and I get the golf club access but are we giving up too much space particularly in a parking lot where you might not be able to extend the shuttle. Just debating. Thanks for all the thoughts/suggestions.

I removed the shuttle from my list because I didn't want the loss of space from the shuttle itself.

Now I store a pretty large folding chair in there for baseball - probably the size of a junior golf set. It's very easy to slide long stuff in and out of there.

If you're worried about the difficulty of sliding something like a heavy loaded cooler in and out, it's not tall enough for a cooler of any size.

I think the best argument for the slide would be if I was some sort of tradesman and wanted an organized drawer for tools etc.

I love the *idea* of the shuttle. The fact that it’s a table and has integrated power is very cool. But when I look at photos of it, between the rails and the thickness of the platform it takes up too much useful space. I’m hoping the aftermarket will maybe come up with a better solution. I would take lower profile without power.
