Is there a way to file a bug without requesting service?

So I noticed the R1T doesn't connect to hidden wifi networks after you leave your house and come back. Not really something I need service to take care of, but it is a bug that would require an OTA update most likely. Is there a way to tell Rivian about this?

Not at present. Service ticket is the only/best? way to do it. I always add in the comments (and follow-on phone call) that a bug report feature in the vehicle (and the ability to flag/add logs/dictation) would save them a tone of time. That and the ability to update notes on an existing ticket...
