ISSUE: Hotspot unavailable; cannot connect and unable to turn off

I haven't seen this issue until recently, but it seems my hotspot is stuck in an unavailable state. The toggle is darkened and doesn't respond when tapped, so I'm unable to turn the hotspot off and back on. Has anyone else encountered this before? I'm charging right now but my next step is an infotainment reset to try and clear it.

This has happened to me at least 5 times in the last few weeks. My kids complain that their iPads are not working shortly after we start driving. I try to fix it and the on/off button is frozen.

The first time I rebooted, but since then I have found that as soon as I put the vehicle in park the hotspot on/off toggle starts working again. ?‍

No one's talking about vehicle Wi-Fi. This post is about the mobile hotspot. Hotspot absolutely works while the vehicle is in drive.
