Issues with key card after update

After updating to 2023.2.3 my key cards stopped working. I've tried both and they will neiter unlock the vehicle or start it. I can still use the FOB and phone app to access and go. Is there a way to reprogram them or does it require a service call? They show as active keys in the Rivian App.

Reboot truck. Call service. Service is usually incredibly helpful and can fix things like this over the phone.

I’m having the exact same issue after latest software update. Called service…hard reset did nothing. They are scheduling a service appointment which is March 19th.

Same here. The two keycards are registered but I've never had them unlock or start since I got it, last month.
