Harbor Freight's Badland 3-ton is a tank. Nearly identical to the Pro Eagle. But you can also get another HF floor jack if you don't need one that could be used on soft ground.
+1 for the Badland floor jack. Super easy to lift the truck with this plus a jack puck. Then, as a safety measure, I pop a jack stand under the suspension arm at whichever corner I am working on.

My local repair shop has rotated our tires multiple times using the A method and their lift. They often have a couple of porche GT3s, many Teslas, and lots of "normal" vehicles in for repair (the area has a lot of people with money so you see all kinds of "non normal" vehicles in there.

Anyway, when asking them about the pucks they said they have them for all the cars, but they use the A method above on their drive on lift. They showed me that they drive it on, rotate padded arms under the control arms and lift. They don't even turn the suspension off to do it as the vehicle never "knows" it is off the ground (unless there is an altitude check :) ) It also keeps them from having to jack the think ft off the ground (actually off the lift) to get the tires up.

^ from experience, I found that if your vehicle needs pucks and you're bringing it somewhere to get your tires rotated, balanced, etc.. best bet is to bring your own pucks with you.
Last week we had all four tires balanced on our Model 3, it took the shop (Pep Boys) 20 min to find their set of Tesla pucks. I only had 2 of our pucks in the car (they are in there for emergency use) and I was getting ready to drive home to get the full set then they finally found their shop set
Big waste of time, next time I'll make sure I bring the full set with me no matter what they tell me on the phone when making the appointment.

I use 2 of these for my tire rotations.

Thanks for sharing! Are the pucks just positioned on top of the bottle jack stand or is it secured in place somehow?
They are just sitting on top

Excellent drawing! When I first had custom wheels built for the Rivian (almost 2 years ago), I had to figure a way to do what you seem to be referencing to, as well, rotate tires. That was when I developed our magnetic jack pucks.

What I do is use either our regular magnetic jack pucks or our XL (high lift) version inserted into the front left and right rear ports. I then use two high lift floor jacks (you could use a 10T bottle jack and my XL pucks as well) and lift the entire vehicle off the ground and insert two jack stands in the open locations. I do it this way because I want to avoid a control arm lift of the vehicle (just my preference). I can do anything at that point with the two jack stands in place.

The jack stands I use are compatible with my magnetic jack pucks, so it's a clean lift of the entire vehicle.

Mark, maybe I’m not understanding your reply. The puck compatible Jack stands look great, but where do you place the high-lift Jack to lift the Rivian that leaves the recommended Jack locations open? I’m trying to do a front-to-rear tire rotation on just one side of the vehicle.

Picture B in the first post if you only have 1 jack, I use a piece of wood between the jack and suspension points.

Mark uses the same points as the pucks but uses 2 Jacks diagonally and places jack stands in the 2 open points on the other diagonal. so Front left and Right rear jack, front right and left rear jack stands. I'd recommend if doing this way lift each side a little by little taking turns to evenly distribute weight across the 2 jacks.

Rivian should just stick their logo on some jackstands and put them in the gearshop

Maybe a second jack is the easiest solution.

Or just skip the tire rotation. Is the tread wear that bad?
