Do you think they would notice if I just moved in there for a few days or weeks? It's got water, a bathroom, furniture, TV.... I would be very comfortable there. Don't wake me if I'm on the sofa snoring....?

Technically you'll never have to pay the idle fee if you never unplug...

Fun fact, the room with the TV is called The Adventure Lab and was the 2 car garage when it was a house.

No firm plans yet but they are expecting to use it as a meeting place for some local community engagement events.

Looks fantastic and as someone who's been fortunate to visit JTNP, I can highly recommend it. It's a wonderful place, especially in the Spring or Fall. Also more and more AirBnB's in the area starting to install L2 home chargers which sould help. Go visit.

They got it wrong. There are more planned but not in that short of time frame.

The question was asked during the tour on Saturday, they can’t provide a time line or even where the next one will be as it is not public yet. It could be the Hamptons, he did say it would be on the east coast somewhere but sometime next year not in 2024. He also could not share how many are currently planned or in process.

I was there today as well, interesting to know it used to be a house, then a couple of businesses before sitting idle for awhile when Rivian picked it up to revitalize it.

There will be a restroom code in the Rivian app if you stop by when the buildings are not open.
