Short version: Gen1 R1S got a flat. Dropped it at Discount Tire over weekend with TWO key cards (just in case). Discount Tire is calling me now saying both cards will unlock the vehicle but cannot get the car in drive. Say they handle Rivians all the time, know how to do it, but just keep getting a message to hold card to door interior but that does nothing.
Has anyone ever experienced this before? What’s the troubleshooting to do? Without getting a ride out there and doing it myself with fob or phone I’m at a loss.
