Keys not communicating properly with vehicle

Phone, card and carabiner - communicate with the car to open, adjust settings but error "present a key" to move from park to reverse or drive. Has happened now twice in one week. Hard reset "sleep" mode for 45 minutes after both reset functions didn't reset. Problem was resolved only to occur again two days later.

I've never had turning bluetooth off and back on on my phone not fix this essentially right away. Of course my wristband still works in this situation every time without doing that.

If the carabiner and card key isn't working then there's definitely an issue, I'd be reaching out to Rivian and trying to get someone to look at it as soon as they have an opening
