Yes, the system only supports one EV make per account. You can create a new additional profile with National grid under a new email address, link it to the same elec account number, and then create a new charge smart account using that email address. It appears to be working for me, but I have not had it long enough for the Rivian’s rebate to show up on my bill.Did you have to use a separate contact for the second vehicle? From one instruction on the National grid page it looked like you needed to have two logins for each of the vehicles or drivers
