Today I spotted 2 transport trucks full of R1Ts heading west on I-40 near Santa Rosa, NM today while heading home to TX from CO.

If these are customer deliveries, Rivian should really look into plastic wrapping them to protect them from chips enroute.

More LE greens spotted crossing the bay into San Francisco today. Clearly a different truck (different cab *and* trailer)

Serious question: Are we sure Launch Green hasn't changed from it's original debut?

I understand that lighting and cameras can change things a lot, but these two photos look nothing alike to me.

And then there was this cryptic post on FB the other day, when someone posted what looked like the original LG color:

That is not launch green, they changed it after the launch....I see it every day at work.

Am I crazy? (Rhetorical)

Lighting, camera, image processing, and at least of equal importance, monitor tuning.

EDIT: For those that have not worked in this area, one of the things a professional photographer can bring to the client is assurance that the final product will look a *specific* way if presented on a properly setup monitor. Everything else is a dice roll.

My First Mile was in an LG. I can attest that it changed quite a bit under various lighting conditions. Lucky for me, there wasn't a single hue to it I didn't appreciate.
