Maps now include Stoplights?

I have only have had my R1T for about 1 month now and I swear stoplights were not on the maps before the latest update last week. Is this new or am I just clueless? Flame on if I am clueless.

You're not completely crazy - it's really inconsistent where I live. Sometimes it shows them, sometimes not. It's also inconsistent when it comes to labeling businesses on the center screen.
I'd be interested to know what they're logic is for showing that data vs. not

Been there a while on my G1. I do find them to be too small, though. Hope they increase the size to Apple Maps situation in future.

currently you would have to be tapped into your muni, state, or fed ITS which is very unlikely

Thanks for the link, but I should be all set: Our R1S is named "Rosey" after the Jetson's robot maid!

Speaking of maps, the new firmware version might have few bugs with the new map. At first I was unable to send location from google app on an iPhone. Another issue is that the map now sending me on a longer route… 10 minutes more than Google map…. lol I have not reset the screen. I will do it at some point. It might not be a bug.

No. In Gen 1, never. Gen 2? Maybe...

The biggest implementation I want from Apple Maps (and one of the reasons I always used Maps more than Google Maps) is the landmark turn suggestions. Rather than "in one half mile, turn right on to Smith Street", it would say "turn right at the next stop light". It makes things 1,000 times easier, especially in dense areas.
