Normally I think the "miles per hour" charging metric is useless, but it does help normalize the charging speed across vehicles when considering their efficiency.Sure, but you don’t need to add 80kw to a Y because it’s way more efficient. So, you maybe only need 50kw in a Y to get the range from 80kw in an R1
Agreed, standard vs max pack on the same truck is already normalized for the vehicle's efficiency since they're effectively the same.True, but the same comparison can be had with a Rivian Standard pack vs. a Rivian max pack. Maybe that's a better analogy trying to gain 100kwh.
