No I did not go with the underbody shield. My accessories are manual tonneau cover and crossbars. Color is El Cap Granite and the 21' road wheels for those keeping track.

So has anyone gotten a max pack with the RUS (or close to getting one)? I was digging through available trucks, appears that the Max Pack is available in any color now (except yellow) but none with the RUS

I confirmed a max dual performance Monday and didn’t want to wait for the RUS any longer. Guide claims the RUS is available for the max but no eta on when they might show in the shop, and I wanted this delivered before EOY. Got my first call today and truck is on the way to Miami with no ETA for delivery.

We ordered an R1S Performance Max Pack from the shop yesterday. We originally had an R1T Max Pack but switched over when it became an option. We definitely weren't expecting to get it this early, but I'm guessing demand for the Max Pack is lower than expected.

Edit: I've already been told to start the purchase process. I've been assigned a VIN and the R1S is in the QC process. We're 450 miles away from the factory so maybe shipment won't take too long.

New guy here. Really curious what reality is for the max pack R1S range.

I just confirmed an R1S Performance Max Pack with 21’s from the shop. They are telling me 2-4 weeks for it to leave Bloomington. I’ll be taking delivery at home via the Atlanta SC.

I drive a lot for work…most of which is from the upstate of SC to the coastal NC SC areas which is why I felt my best shot at it working is the max pack.

I’ve had several Teslas and have no concerns driving one anywhere. Now that I’ve got an R1S on the way, my range anxiety is back…

This exactly the sentiment I have right now.

Quad Bosch isn't a long term investment for them despite the warranty claims. Quad max isn't a thing, hell, max isn't even a thing. We got pushed to dual which performs similarly to quad but not as good. And then even more not as good as they walked back those specs again a couple weeks ago.

I'm trying to purchase a 4-6 year vehicle here and the variables keep changing.

Yep…which is why I moved on a quad large. In 4-6 years Rivian will most likely have what I put money on 4 years ago in Nov. 2018.
