  1. Bed Rack options from Xtrusion Overland

I have heard some people fill in the channel on the leading edge where the capture nut goes. This way itā€™s a smoother front.
  2. Bed Rack options from Xtrusion Overland

18ā€ definitely has noise. Air interaction with the spoiler is my guess. I will eventually get taller.
  3. R1T tailgate - sensor claims it’s open when shut

I have been told there is a lot of one time use pieces that have to be removed is the reason for the SC visit.
  4. Antenna meets garage door

What I was told is Rivian has had prev issues with proper sealing for noise and water intrusion without full replacement of the piece behind the glass roof. i think the thing I was most disappointed in when he was here was all the one time parts on the R1T. for example all the bed cap. Some of...
  5. Is Xpel wrap worth it? After nearly 30,000 miles... probably not!

I donā€™t have XPel Inhave Llumar and anytime I have had ppf get a scratch or tearing it has been replaced under warranty.
  6. Antenna meets garage door

On the R1T that whole part with shark fin is bolted and glued. I was told by a remote tech if it has to be removed it is a one time use component due to the water proofing. He also mentioned there are a lot of one time use components on the R1T because they are bolted and glued. Not sure about...
  7. 2024.03 Software Update *BETA* (Quick Controls, Individual Passenger Window Locking, Ride Feel & Ride Height Improvements & More)

I would like the option for no glass roof. And less cabin noise as current averages between similar vehicles is only 3-5db in cabin volume.

  10. R1T tailgate - sensor claims it’s open when shut

There was batch of bad latches on the tailgate. I am still waiting for it to be fixed. For me itā€™s the passenger latch. Does not show up all the time. But if you are opening the gate you can hear it try to release multiple times after the gate is open.
  11. Rivian doesn't cost less to drive on long trips

Donā€™t forget the winter range loss. I consistently do a trip that is 350 miles away with 3500 feet of elevation gain. When temps are about 70 itā€™s one 45 minutes charge. When itā€™s below 50 degrees itā€™s 75-80 minutes of charging.
  12. Rivian doesn't cost less to drive on long trips

We know there is a maintenance schedule just not the pricing yet. We can assume as of now it will need to be done at Rivian.
  13. Accidentally Reset Lifetime Trip Meter

Maybe it will be like my trip A meter. After I reset it a few days later it goes back to whatever the previous was before the reset. It is strange behavior.
  14. Regeneration Concerns

At this point I tend to think itā€™s a design miscalculation otherwise they would have fixed it. The other thing it could be is they donā€™t want to push it so they have less failures within warranty.
  15. Regeneration Concerns

I tried another variation the other day. Went down a steep grade in conserve achieved the infamous limited regen to the max. I switched to all purpose and immediately had all regen again. Now the interesting part is where the regen happened was still with a major front bias as speeds were below...
