In a perfect world someone would be able to make the exact same drive in as close to identical conditions as possible both with and without, but I realize I'm unlikely to get that
Any issues installing the rear flap vertical bolt? can't get it to seat on the first side I am trying and think I need a slightly longer bolt.I received a set of their “Off-road” version mud flaps today.
took 30 minutes to install, enjoying the process.
they came with everything needed except a T25 torx bit and driver. They provided a T20.
I opted to remove the painted steel T25 lower rear bolts and install stainless allen head bolts. I live in the northern salt belt.
6mmx1.0 x 30 bolts and 6mm washer. X2
These mud flaps cover thefender hole that allowed mud, dirty etc to destroy the side of the truck. This is awesome to be able to block off this during the winter months. I’ll probably leave them on all year round.
I do expect a little range loss. No biggie for me, but heads up for full transparency.

You are right in questioning the accuracy of lack of specifics in this test but, if you want something more accurate that then go ahead and do it yourself. Get the parts, get necessary equipment, invest the time, try to get identical drives, and post your results here.Some minimum specifics about each of the two drives would be somewhat helpful. What range impact have you noticed?Got my jumbos installed tonight this is the new satin ABS - loving the extra coverage already!

No range noticeable range impact at all with the Rally Armor and these seem to have an even small footprint. I wouldn't expect an impact with these either...probably more impact from carrying a 200lb passenger...
