Middle (Second) Row Fans not Blowing (after repair)

Has anyone experienced the AC fans blowing out of the first and third rows but nothing blowing out of the second (middle) row?

I had my car in for a cabin leak related to the wiring harness. They had to disassemble to replace carpet in the front of car. Got it back and kids started complaining of nothing blowing in the middle row. Not sure if this is related to the repair or coincidence, but likely repair related, just seems strange.

Has anyone else experienced this? Hoping to avoid another visit to the SC. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Note: Heat also does not work on the floor vents in the middle row.
