I don't think 15 people is enough. So I'll be the 16th person to tell you that they all just say 100 on the contract, even though it'll be less ?

This is standard legal stuff since a vehicle less than 100 is still new. I signed same thing but my vehicle at delivery only had 18 milesI am headed this week to pick up the 2025 R1S. The Odometer Disclosure Statement says "
I, (Seller/Transferor)______________________________, state that the odometer
now reads 100 (no tenths) miles and to the best of my knowledge reflects the actual
mileage of the vehicle described below, unless one of the following statements is checked:"
It is understandable that the vehicle would have some factory testing miles on it and such. But 100 miles is a bit on the high side for a new vehicle. What do you all think? What have you all seen with your purchases?
I bought my Tesla Model Y with 1,393 miles in California. It was a demo car but sold as new.A car can still be considered new in California with more than 100 miles if it’s never been titled. Eg, years ago we picked up a car with 400 miles on it - it was a dealer swap. The dealer accounted for every single mile, so we knew it was taken care of. It was titled as a new car without issues. It now has 80k miles on it and it’s been great.
This is the answer. Tesla put 50 on all theirs. Most new vehicles have less than 50 miles on them. If its over 100 then I would be asking more questions.100 miles standard on the documentation. Mine was at 14 miles when I picked up.
Mine was just under 80 miles, if I recall.I am headed this week to pick up the 2025 R1S. The Odometer Disclosure Statement says "

Since the boilerplate forms seem to list 100 as the default, did they do anything different or give you any explanation for the higher miles?Ours had 160 miles on it.
Thank you for the information. Mine had about 78 or 79 miles, as I recall. But I was buying it in March 23, when it was built in September 22. I assumed that it had been sitting on a lot at the factory, waiting for a part(s). I figured that something had failed inspection (and that there might have been some test drives) when it was built, and that it was waiting to have that part/assembly replaced or corrected.Living in Bloomington/Normal, IL - There were several thousand R1S/R1T Gen1 being stored on the other side of town when the main Rivian storage lot filled up, because of backordered parts. As vehicles came off the assembly line, there were drivers shuttling vehicles to/from the overflow lot storage from April'24 through August'24. That overflow is empty now and the main storage lot is down to about 50% capacity with a mix of R1S/R1T and EDVs.
Read: Some miles were accumulating waiting for final parts and checks. No one was joy riding your vehicles around. They are very serious around here. Rivian is the main job growth driver in the area. Everyone knows Rivian's importance in the BloNo area.
