After 3+ years waiting, enduring delays, lack of communication... the announcement yesterday to increase my Launch Edition truck by $18k means I am canceling. I think all that good guy stuff from RJ etc seems like it was not genuine - hard to believe they would do this to the small number of Launch edition customers.

Maybe they've actually delivered some. That would be the closest a rivian has been to my house apart from their winter testing down in beaudette "damn near canada" MN

I have heard, from 3 separate people, that they have spotted a Launch Green R1T around White Bear Lake. I assume this person lives in the area. The St. Louis Park service center is probably 30-ish minutes away. My assumption would be that the owner may work for Rivian, but I only say that because I do not think MN would be a prime location for a super early, non-employee delivery.

About a week ago I was in MSP in line behind a couple Rivian employees flying out of MN so I'm sure they were in state for a reason.
I've also recently heard that the St Louis Park service center is more or less ready to go for March/April deliveries.
So, good news for MN and western WI.

We just had our initial Guide contact today, too.
Sounded like our vehicle is either just produced or on the line being made. Looking at 4-6 wks. Seems like things are picking up for the area! Hope others here are about to get the nod as well.

R1S, 21" road tires, Ocean Coast Interior. Glacier White exterior originally, although I changed it to LA Silver after the pricing implosion...I might change it back to Glacier White.
I just placed my order in late February, so I squeezed in JUST before the pricing debacle. Whew!
I was assuming it would be 2024 delivery, probably late, but now with some orders being cancelled, it could be sooner. And that would be BAD, because I'm gonna need some time to scare up 85 Large.

What was your given delivery window?

I'm April/May, and I refresh my Rivian account about every 2 minutes looking to see if my Guide has been assigned... In other threads I have seen others with Apr/May windows being contacted or assigned Guides.

I've got a delivery window of March/April and just received an email from my guide to set up a time for a call

I'm a Mar/Apr window.

If you're Apr/May I'd guess you'll be one notch behind the Mar/Apr window folks but no idea how much. What I can say with all but certainty is that you're one day closer to Guide contact than you were yesterday.
