That looks like a 1968 Belvedere next to the R1T.

Seems like something they should have been able to do with mobile service? And, too bad that on a brand new delivery, they're already delaying you by over a week to get it in for service. My guess, probably just a connector didn't get connected right and probably an easy fix? Purely a guess. The whole thing sounds a bit Tesla-like, other than you were actually able to talk to someone.

Monday update:
Just got off the call with Rivian and their service techs are great and very professional. First service appointment available in El Segundo was March 29th so I took that date.

Now for the huge asterisk on my current situation.
March 29th I'm actually taking the family to NY for vacation so I asked Rivian if they could work around that and they are actually going above and beyond. The service center is very close to the airport so it's actually a win win for both of us since I don't have to pay for airport parking and they don't have to flatbed a truck (and loaner) 44 miles each way between my house and the service center.

The current plan is for me to drop my truck off on the 29th and they will give me a ride to the airport (or pay for a lyft if they are unable to). On my return a week later they will pick me up from the airport and my truck will be ready.

So while my exact situation is unique, the service department has been miles above ANY service department I've ever dealt with.

I also complemented them on the promptness of their return calls and he said they operate 24/7 so that's pretty great too.

I will post another update during drop off and pickup.

Can we talk about the most important part of your post? How is it for hockey gear? Have you tried putting your bag in the gear tunnel or frunk? Obviously, it will fit in the truck bed, but in my experience, it slides all over the place.

HAHA it's a question I had as and finally answered before my game yesterday.

It depends on the length of your stick but MOST will fit in the gear tunnel. I had a long one that i think is 62 inches maybe and it fit but i had to angle it right to get the tunnel doors to close. I was also a little worried about it snapping the end of the blade too.

I decided it wasn't worth it and just threw them in the bed at an angle and they fit with plenty of space. Laid my bag on top and it all fit under the cover fine.

My bad wouldn't fit in the gear tunnel as it's a grit tower bag and way to wide. Although now that i think about it may just fit, guess i'll check later

1. Front passenger window wouldn’t auto roll up like the other 3 since delivery.
I'm having the same issue now getting passenger window to auto roll up. Auto roll up and down worked on all 4 windows at delivery and a few days later. I remember testing on them and doing @godfodder0901's Double Click and Hold lock/unlock with the fob.

Any resolution for you? I thought I remembered reading some combo of button pressing or resetting solved this, but can't find it now.

Yep that is what they told me to do as well and it fixed it.
Start with window up, push all the way down and hold for 5 sec once it’s down. Then up until it’s all the way up, and hold for 5 sec once it’s all the way up.

Is the center rear light bar supposed to come on when braking? Or just when lights are on or charging?

Definitely thought you were pulling my leg, that's how long it takes to go up and down lol.

Didn't work for me. I tried pushing passed first click, and tried just going to first click.

Try giving the customer service folks a call, they said depending on firmware the sequence can be different. They had me try like 3 combinations of that window opening/closing thing before we found the one that worked.

Still don't have the truck yet, but the GRIT tower fits under the tonneau? Every bag I found, including that one, hits 18" (or 17.5")-- I thought clearance was 17"?

Grit Tower WILL fit under as long as you don't have to much bulky stuff in the front pocket.
