I like how you have a power strip available on the table, but flush mounting it may be dangerous if someone spills fluids. I realize everything is GFI'd these days, but would it be a better idea to elevate or set it along the bottom instead?
Basically can't if you look at clearance requirements, it's either that or no strip but I haven't had any trouble

Updated locations complete with way cleaner wiring, need to get proper ash wood to replicate BM interior.

Finally found a quick connect solution for the faucet but may move it to a less elegant solution tbh.

Cool - now do R1T :)

You've come up with a nice solution. Bravo!

Rereading this thread made me realize that I'd forgotten that your original criteria was that it had to fit above the wheel well in the back of the R1S - I'd really focused on the "keep it away from the vehicle" elegance of your solution. Very well done!

Will it be at Grounded Coffee with you on Saturday for a little show and tell?

When the camp kitchen is not in use, I use the water pump for kiddo water table automatic fountain (also saves water)

Saw your post on Reddit and came to check out your camp kitchen pictures - amazing work, well done!

Reason for me posting, goes back to a comment earlier in this thread (#45 & #46) regarding the powerstrip and accidental spills. I noticed that in some of your pictures you have a cutting board with a channel routed into the top. (I believe its also called a "juice groove" 😀)

Perhaps something similar might be helpful around the outlet and/or cook-top - while it won't stop a direct splash, it should help keep small spills away from places you don't want liquids.

Again, great work, and please update this thread with more pics!

So I switched my faucet setup so I may relocate this as well!

So far no issues with outlets when cooking but I'll still have to test as I'm doing my first trip this weekend. Added a hook/anchor point for ground anchors as well.

Painted it Forest Edge for something pretty but I'll probably just match black mountain.
