I dropped off the truck on Monday morning at the Shelton SC. The folks were great as always. I was allowed to work remotely from there until I got freed up to get a uber ride home.
The shop has messaged me via the app throughout the repair process. For a little background, I took logs when the system would crash while I was driving. Back in May I had the tires rotated in Shelton and had them download the captured logs. So the folks had some time to diagnose the issues and come up with some ideas.
Yesterday they reported that they think its fixed but had trouble with the checkout because of heavy traffic in the area which I totally understand.
The truck is such a pleasure to own that if this problem is finally resolved I can't wait for all of the future adventures.
