Fun fact - these are standard Yakima keys. You can order the Adventure Key Set to re-key all your crossbars and any Yakima gear (ski racks, bike locks, etc.) to match the same key so you only have to carry one.

(Or if you're me, so you only have to carry three copies of one in various backup locations throughout the truck for when you forget your keys.)
