Same: R1S, 9/22, VIN 4xxThanks, took delivery Sep 22 with 004xx vin.
I just got my NACS adapter delivered today! I'll have to plan a trip soon to try it out.I just got my email today asking me to provide an address to ship my NACS adapter. Just to give you an idea of how far behind they are, I took possession of my R1T in June 2022. My serial is in the ......7400 range.
To be honest I like the addition of the SuperCharger network but I don't see it as a necessity. I drove from Seattle to Halifax, Canada and back last year. A total of 8,000 miles round trip. I only really ran into problems charging in Boise, ID where they had very few choices at the time so a SuperCharger would have come in handy.
Seems strange. June 2022 delivery for us, received the adapter today.I have a March 2022 delivery with vin 31XX and nothing. Just reached out to CS and they confirmed I have opted in, but they couldn't provide any other information or explanation. Any other R1T 3XXX owners without an adapter?
Make sure you have a form of payment in your Rivian app. Then it’s just plug and pay. You don’t have to do anything else.Mine just arrived today as well. Now I'm searching site to find out if I need to set anything up with Tesla or Rivian to use it at a Tesla supercharger. Can someone point me in the right link to see what has to be set up on my Rivian account or on Tesla site? Thanks
Perfect. I'm already set up on the Rivian app, so looks like i'm good to go. Thanks for confirming!Make sure you have a form of payment in your Rivian app. Then it’s just plug and pay. You don’t have to do anything else.
So true. One of the first questions that people ask me is "What's the range?" and they almost always reply with "Oh, that's too short for me". Then we talk and I try to get them to understand but there's been so much miss-information spread about EVs it makes it hard to get the facts across.I wish more people in the area would just understand how easy EVs are to operate and own (especially with a Tesla supercharger in a small rural town of 7000 and a Pilot Truck Stop CCS charger on the way) I do my best to educate them.
Thanks Rivian
