NACS Adapter Storage in R1T

Hey y’all. As we are receiving our NACS adapters for charging at Tesla Superchargers, curious if there is a consensus of where to store the vehicle in the truck that makes the most sense. Thanks in advance…JB

I took the mobile charger out of its bag. It perfectly fits the NACS adapter, my spare A2Z NACS adapter, and my NACS-to-J1772 L2 adapter. All of that in the sub-frunk.

So...many...NACS adapters (roll eyes).

I used to keep mine under the rear seat in the box it was shipped in. Just started keeping it in the driver door pocket, in a zipper case similar to this: https://abstractocean.com/products/door-storage-bags-for-rivian-r1t-r1s. Really not much more convenient.

No consensus really. Whatever works for you.

Keeping mine in the frunk net. Have it in a felt-lined lens cover. Handy when I need without having to unpack the frunk, figuring that might be full of stuff if I'm on a long trip.

Since you have a Gen 2 I'm going to assume you don't have the camp speaker. I keep mine in the drawer there, and it's very handy, doesn't move around at all

Since the Tesla charging station is a couple miles from my home, and for the winter months I am using that, I keep the NACS adapter in the drivers door pocket.

I've realized that charging at home when solar is not robustly generating is just not economical (32 amps for 3-6 hours). Getting into the habit of running over to the Tesla location once a week for an hour.
