So I got my R1S in June and during delivery time, I complained that left rear door requires extra force to close and there were some paint spot at the seat. After delivery I started noticing more issues including window glass rolling down making weird noise. It became very clear that I needed to service.
I had mobile appointment but things got worsen and door was not fixed and misaligned too. Was told that window rolling down noise is because of dust so if I wash it, it will go away. I was not convinced so had file complained about door misalignment, rattling noise, paint…
they kept the car for 5 days and misalignment was fixed, door can be closed easily but not like other doors but window noise is just so horrible and I can’t wash it everytime it accumulates dust.
My question to forum is if I should file formal complain with Rivian because I feel that this door was fixed after assembly and somehow had issues.
Please advise.
