need help...very frustrated should i push for lemon??

has anyone in Texas has successful vehicle replaced? i took delivery 5 months ago..out of 5 months its been in shop for total 2 months for variety of problems. this will be my 7th visit.
rear screen dead
headliner replaced
Dashboard rattle
rattles in B puller which they could not figure it out
rattles in passenger and front driver door
front drive unit replaced
Ac is loud but they tells me its NORMAL
steering wheel vibration.. but its NORMAL

Sorry that is happening. It appears you could use the lemon law in TX based on the way it's worded. But it also sounds like the DMV gets to decide whether the manufacturer has to buy it back, replace it, or repair it. And if they gave you a comparable loaner while it was in the shop the time does not count.

I used the Texas lemon law in 2020 against gmc. It was easy and free. Everything is online. They'll call you to set a hearing date. In my case, gmc waited until the day before the Hwang to agree to give my money back. Good luck

Do you want your money back, or would you consider them replacing with a new R1T? If the latter, maybe let them know that AFTER filing the lemonade paperwork. This path is more palatable for them as they can resell your current truck. With the lemon law, the title of the lemon becomes branded and the value of the truck is a fraction of one that does not have a branded title.

Sorry to hear that. Could you elaborate as to why they placed your headliner? I have mine in the shop for them to take a look at my headliner. It’s sagging/ unclipped towards the front windshield driver side compared to all the other parts around the car.

Just curious, the AC loud.
Is the vehicle hot, I assume so, you are in Texas.
Does it quiet down when the cab cools off?
Mine screams because it's a variable speed and runs full out to cool the truck down but while the Truck is cool, it's hard to hear the compressor.

I’ve lemoned two cars in California. The rule is that service has to fail four attempts at fixing the same problem or the car spends more than 30 days in repair for that problem.

I’m actual past five repair attempts on fixing a front axle issue with my R1T right now and am considering asking for a full replacement.

had same issue from rear driver side was bent..after they replaced it and i experience a lot of rattles

i c...well B piller rattles they are doing 3rd time..first time they said they did not hear anything..
2nd time they found it and they said it fixed but when i test drove it..still there
so they kept the vehicle.

yes esp when its hot..outside..also have loaner and its doing same thing.

so i should not tell rivian that i want replacment? just wait after i file it?

Did you mean BEFORE? Why would it be more palatable to tell them after filing paperwork?

They won’t offer a new replacement unless they see a possible larger loss, like the lemon law branding the title.

i see you have 22 wheels...i do too hows the rattles and squeak with yours?
