Hello Forum Community,
As a new owner of a 2025 R1S, I am quickly trying to familiarize myself with the many features and functions. I must say it’s a bit overwhelming. Two quick questions for now ( I am sure I will have plenty more ?).
1). Does ACC have “resume” capability? Here is what I mean by that. Let’s say I have ACC set at 55 mph and I cancel to navigate a very sharp turn. I then want to immediately resume to 55 mph coming out of the turn. So far, the only way I’ve found to do this is by accelerating back to 55 and engaging ACC again. Is there another way to do it? On other vehicles, you typically have the ability to “resume” after you cancel which takes you back to the last set speed. I’m not able to find that feature on my Rivian.
2). How do you enable CSA (Curve Speed Assist). Is it automatically enabled when you’re in ACC and you start driving on a very curvy road or does it need to be enabled? If it needs to be enabled, please tell me how. I wasn’t able to find any details on that. I was on a fairly curvy road today, and I never got the little curvy arrow next to the ACC speed set point.
Thank You!
