New Owner - missing accessories!

Hi friends! I took delivery of my new R1T about 2 weeks ago and LOVE it. It's by far the coolest and most fun vehicle I've ever had.

My frustration is that I am finding that some accessories are missing. Last week, I learned that it should have come with a portable charger, but didn't. I was able to get one within a few days from my local service center. Now I am learning that I should have had a gear cable, too. I've sent in a request and feel pretty confident that will get resolved soon. However, I'm a bit frustrated that I spent this much money to have something like this happen. Not a huge deal in the big scheme, but definitely annoying.

Anyone else experience this??

Spent time on Rivian chat going through the list of items/accessories that should have been included. Just portable charger and gear cable missing.

When we picked up our R1S, we were shown the portable charger, compressor accessories, first aid kit, speaker, and flashlight. Our all weather floormats and crossbars were shipped directly to us after we picked up the vehicle. Happily, at least for us, our Rivian charger arrived a couple weeks before we got the R1S so it was installed and waiting when we got home.

I'm sure it's frustrating feeling like you need to know everything and only when you ask will Rivian do something. They'll make good on it, but with the elimination of the guides I'm sure some things are falling through the cracks. You'll love your truck!

My delivery specialist showed me that everything was there as he did his walkthrough, but it seems like some folks rush through that process. It happens. Rivian will make it right.

Frustrating for sure, but they'll definitely make it right. Assuming you've already checked but look in the frunk netting, subfloor and under the backseat to make sure they're not hiding there

No, I looked everywhere.

My delivery specialist spent time getting my phone set-up, etc. But did not walk through the whole vehicle or show me anything outside set-up. I didn't know what I didn't know at that time. And since they had rescheduled delivery 2x with less than 24 hour notice both times, I had to take off and reschedule work multiple times. Spent about 45 mins at delivery, so I would expect that would have been enough time for the specialist to double check and show me everything.

Annoyed, but still love the truck!

"Portable Charger", don't think my R1T came with one of those, although I do have plenty already so won't be worrying about it.

Edit: Wait is that the charge cable/adapter thingy in case. Ye got that. Don't think about it as a charger.

I've rarely seen anyone reporting missing items like this, but in all cases Rivian seems to have replaced the missing items.

You should also have the basic First Aid kit and the air hose for the compressor. They are each in their own separate pouches.

Looks like I was just missing the portable charger and the gear cable.

First world problems. They are probably busy with all the leases and rushing. Probably short staffed too after layoffs. Make sure you have air compressor kit and first aid kit too. If front plate holder not installed, that would have been placed in the frunk as well.
