So, I did some googling and couldn't find anyone having my specific issue so I thought I would ask here:
Long story short I lost my LTE modem a couple of weeks ago. Driver+ wouldn't engage but still had TACC. Assumed this was a symptom of not having LTE. Fast forward to last week and Rivian finally replaced my TCM board and on the way home, neither works(if you want the long long story, ask me about having to wait another three hours at the service center after driving three hours to pick it up because the GPS wasn't functional, thus the reason I didn't turn around again and have them check it out as I needed to get home). So questions are:
Have tired as soft, hard reset, and letting it go into deep sleep. Noda. Opened another ticket and they are looking at logs/diagnostics.

- Does Driver + need the LTE modem to work or did I screw up by assuming it did and not mentioning it to the service center?
