Did you not read the 2nd paragraph I wrote?6 months? Amazing how they are limiting your ability to lemon.
“I told them in the ticket and on the phone it didn’t matter to me when they got me in as long as the warranty would cover the issues based on when they were submitted. I explained that I understood people with significant (drivability & safety) problems should take priority over my Rivian’s minor issues.”
This doesn’t bother me because the issues are trivial. Why would I try to lie and pretend it’s a lemon when there are no drivability issues, no safety issues, and it has been out of service for 0 days?
