NO voice directions , only tones when using GPS/Maps

MIne never worked. Bringing into CS. They said it might need new hardware as none of the other fixes have worked, unfortunately...It's the only problem I've had with to date

Sounds that a bug in the software. I dont think it is a hardware issue. But maybe in service center they can reinstall some software or reset some setting.

Yep, it's one or the other..So far, it's not been a big deal as the tones work perfectly well..It's also Alexa as well as that doesn't work either..It's all connected

Thanks, MIke..that was the first thing that was tried...didn't work unfortunately

I see that you did the soft-reboot, but did you try a hard-reboot? All of my speakers (except for the subwoofer) shut off a few months ago and a hard-reboot was required to fix it. Same procedure as the soft-reboot, but use the left most steering wheel button and hazard button.

Yes, I did a hard reset as well..No luck!
