Noisy and stiff rear suspension?

Hey y’all new owner here.

I’ve noticed that my R1S’ rear suspension is more audible than expected when raising and lowering itself.

It makes a clicking noise going up or down and the ride is rough even on “soft” mode, is this indicative of R1S’ or should I be concerned?

same here. I also found R1S's suspension has minor noise like creaking, clicking....

My R1T makes a couple of noises...there's a tick tick when the air suspension is leveling that's coming from the right rear wheel area.

Then there's a dull thump when going over uneven pavement. It's done both since day 1.
