Nightmare dealing with Kal Tire at 1830 Marine Drive. First day they called an hour into the appointment to say they couldn't find the jack pucks. Second day took 3 hours and (a) tires not filled to spec psi, (b) 4 different stem caps, and (c) not calibrated to new aftermarket tires. WTF, man? Why did Rivian endorse such a shit retailer?

I’ve used that Kal Tire location several times with no issues, most recently with my R1S but also with my Tesla before that. I brought my Jack Pucks and put them in a visible location in the front of the car, and they used them with no issues.
Sorry you had a bad experience — I don’t think it’s the norm there, and you may want to provide feedback to the manager. They are one of the only Nokian suppliers in the area, and Nokian makes great winter tires (I have the hakkapeliitta r5s for my R1S) so let’s hope they can figure out how to provide consistently great Rivian service.

I was there buying just those tires. Is there a model-specific setting in the tire calibration software? I could only find a generic option for a 20" snow tire.
