I would like a spare wheel as well as a tow hitch for my R1T. Does anybody know how much these and other options might be? Are these anywhere on Rivian's website?

Rivian has confirmed there will be no HUD.Every pre production vehicle I have seen has not appeared to have a HUD. The dash is flush.
Didn't know that, kind of sucks..Rivian has confirmed there will be no HUD.
Why? So your boots are warm when you put them on?I would love a heated frunk for ski gear.
Added complexity and reduced range for a feature few will use and limited benefit? No thanks.I would love a heated frunk for ski gear.
That's only because kids go in the gear tunnel...So now I’m the bad guy for wanting option to heat the frunk when I throw a kid in there?
Scheeez!
Only during the summer, right? So now I’m the bad guy for wanting option to heat the frunk when I throw a kid in there?

I'm sure people in warmer climates would also appreciate a cooled frunk for their groceries. The frunk is Rivian's competitive advantage and they need to make the most of it. My SUV and car trunks are heated and cooled as part of the cabin. At $85k, the more bells & whistles helps justify the price. If you are worried about complexity, you are probably looking at the wrong car... stick with a Toyota Tacoma.Added complexity and reduced range for a feature few will use and limited benefit? They make "heated gear" you can plug in, if you want (popular with motorcyclists and snow-sports enthusiasts).
For more casual use, "HotHands" and similar one-time-use products are inexpensive and effective.
If you think the Frunk — which basically every EV has — is Rivian’s competitive advantage, then you must think they’re going to fail. The frunk is Rivian's competitive advantage and they need to make the most of it.
Just as an example, the Hummer frunk is better than the Rivian frunk, since it does not require reaching over the top to put stuff in.If you think the Frunk — which basically every EV has — is Rivian’s competitive advantage, then you must think they’re going to fail.
