Other person on phone hears echo when talking.

Just wondering if anybody else has that issue. Someone calls me when I'm in my R1T, I can hear them perfectly fine, but they complain that they can hear themselves. It's like there's no audio cancellation of the sound coming from the speakers.

That seems to be a recent issue. I'm on version 2025.18.01.

My wife's Highlander does this too. I'd be curious to hear what the fix is if you are able to sort it out.

FWIW I'm using a iPhone 11 Pro Max. Not sure if the issue is specific to the phone.

I had already searched the forum and it seems like no one else has that kind of issue.

That happened to me in the past. A soft reset took care of it.

Rivian service center in told me that the problem is related to a recent update and is affecting Rivian owners in Canada (I do have this issue and I am on Bell Mobility). They are trying to put it as a priority at the head office...

Hi there! Has anyone found a fix? The echo on the callers end is so bad I have to resort to putting it on speaker and not using the car bluetooth. I did a soft reset and no luck.
