Paid my $2500 for Autonomy+

Initially that i can count with fingers on one hand but not anymore and just slowing down (than slamming) in a few spots now. I haven’t had it as bad as Tesla a few years back. I also haven’t experienced any sudden swerving in rivian as tesla did very dangerously even in busy roads and intersections.
It’s always good to reboot the vehicle once you feel it starting to act up.

I don't get any swerving issues, so that's positive but hard phantom brakes are current. Got two this morning on the 45 min commute into the office. I rebooted on Sunday for a radio issue. If I have to reboot more often for UHF to work, then more reason for me to not pay for it until its not beta.

Do you guys not get phantom braking? I used it on a 14hr round trip, all highway, 2026 R1T. The number of times it decided to slam on the brake because there is 18 wheeler going slow on the right, or who knows why, was so frequent my wife made me turn it off. It was giving panic attacks its so abrupt.

I had a few phantom braking events on a recent trip 0f 1400 miles and two of them had no apparent reason whatsoever for it. These events are potentially dangerous in certain traffic situations.. Has anyone had improvement after a camera recalibration?

I have been using autonomy+ on road trips for the last couple of months. i really like it, as i don’t have to be on high alert, and holding the car in place, which can take a good amount of work on windy days. even after an 8hr stretch, i arrive relaxed and ready to go, rather than tired and fried. it’s taken a lot of the dread out of long trips, and i can’t see wanting to go back to being without it.
