Phone Key Proximity Delay

My truck was delivered in February this year. The phone proximity key was PERFECT.
Approach, light up sequence, unlock - a luxurious thing.
Now I walk up and it just looks at me. I need a good 5-10 seconds of looking around like a fool before it unlocks.

What about yours? How is it working with all the updates this year?

This has been an ongoing issue for me for the past year. They fix it with an Ota update, then it stops working again. Frustrating

Mine generally sucks. Have to take phone out of pocket to get it to unlock and then often toggle the Bluetooth off and back on phone to get struck to "start".

This is a known issue that has been around for quite some time. If you're running android - specifically Android 13, it's even more broken.

I'd suggest logging a ticket with service. The more tickets logged on it, the more high profile it is, the more likely it will be addressed.

This update made our truck a heavy sleeper haha! Never had a big issue with the PAAK until this update. Now it’s happening way more than not. I stood there for about 30 seconds trying to open the charging door with the touch sensor before I pulled my phone out and opened the app. Then the truck started waking up and opened the port door.

Mine is not too bad but I do not keep my phone in my pocket when I’m in the vehicle so it is usually in my hand as I approach.

I’m sure they can tweak it a little more. The issue is not acknowledging the phone as it is pretty consistent flashing the left rear light when in range.
