Phone Volume Default - 23?!

Seems like an easy fix -- but does anyone know when/if (or how we can request) the ability to set the default phone volume control? or at least to remember previuos selection --- it's defaulted to 23 and when the phone rings it's incredible loud!

Press the icon at the top of the volume control on the center display. This will bring up controls for the different audio sources that you can independently control, one being phone volume.

Personally, I'd like the ringer to have a different volume than the call volume. Each time the phone rings, it's incredibly loud because I need to turn up the volume once I'm on the call.

Agree -- and yes I know about how to change the volume - it just doesnt stay the same -- unless you have a way of doing that -
